We are Andy and Helen and we would like to welcome you to our home in Sharnbrook, North Bedfordshire!
Riverside Lodge is set alongside the banks of the River Great Ouse, which flows through Bedford and eventually reaches King’s Lynn and The Wash. The Lodge is a Grade II Listed property, and was originally built in the 17th Century as a lodge to Ouse Manor. It has seen incarnations as a dairy, a blacksmith’s forge and a family home, being extended over the years.
There are plenty of attractions locally within a 45 minute drive, including the towns of Bedford and Northampton, Santa Pod, Althorp House, Woburn Safari Park, Cottesbrooke Hall, Rushton Triangular Lodge, Shuttleworth Collection, Silverstone Circuit, Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum, to mention just a few.
We enjoy travelling, seeing new countries and meeting new people. We would love to help you find your way around this beautiful part of the world!
